1996réf. 0100These 2 volumes bring together stories that include many of the great horror writers. Both books and there jackets are in fine condition. Both volumes have several signatures from authors with stories in the volume. Volume 1 signatures are over the author's story in the table of contents. Volume 2 signatures are on a large bookplate and adhered to the first endpaper. Volume 1 signatures are from Kim Newman Nicholas Royle Conrad Williams Paul J. McAuley Caitlin Kiernan Steve Rasnic Tem Jay Russell and Dennis Etchison. Volume 2 signatures are more difficult because they don't accompany the authors' printed names. There is one I haven't conclusively identified. The remaining 11 signatures are from Brian Lumley Christopher Fowler Kim Newman Nicholas Royle Terry Lamsley Peter Straub Steven Jones Mandy Slater and Michael Marshall Smith. Amongst so much inner turmoil Fortuna's abilities are still changing. However weak she feels she knows she's getting stronger. Fortuna does her best to hide it from other Fallen because in the world of monsters strength will get you killed. Well that and unpredictable panic attacks. Unfortunately for Fortuna it's when you're most vulnerable that enemies-new and old-like to come out of the woodwork. Once Upon a Time Books hardcover
