The recipes concentrate on the vegetables canned in Maine including corn peas and beans as well as beets pickles carrots and applesauce. Also fruits canned in Maine including blueberries apples pumpkins and mincemeats. Recipes featuring canned sea foods include clams crabmeat sardines and codfish.
