Qualche fioritura soprattutto alle prime e ultime pagine firma di possesso alla pagina di titolo che al retro ha una dedica più recente a penna in italiano una fotocopia del titolo su carta antica è acclusa. Il nome italiano di varie piante è segnato lievemente a matita sulle prime tavole. Vecchia riparazione senza perdite ad uno strappo alle tavole XXI e XXXI. 52 doppie pagine di litografie colorate a mano con piante e fiori. In lingua tedesca. Uno degli erbari più affascinanti della metà dell'800 con le litografie colorate a mano anni dopo le nuove edizioni vennero litografate direttamente a colori. Peso: 1100 gr. Schreiber und Schill

I compositori sono quasi tutti contemporanei, tra i più famosi: Jean Louis Gabbaerts (1835-1886), Charles Francois Duvernoy (1796-1872), Henri Kowalski (1841-1916), Brinley Richards (1817-1885), Felix Godefroi (1818-1897), Tecla Badarzewska (1834-1861), Adrien Talexy (1820-1881), Camille Schubert (1810-1889). Tra i pezzi più famosi presenti citiamo: Florence di Brinley Richards, Les dames dew Seville di Camille Schubert, La primavera di Codefroid, pezzi di Rummel ecc....
