Rara edizione completa di questa celebre opera del noto medico cesenate, Maurizio Bufalini (Cesena, 4 giugno 1787 - Firenze, 31 marzo 1875) che uno dei più importanti clinici del XIX° secolo. Edizione fra le più rare. Qualche macchiolina di foxing ma nel complesso, in buone-ottime condizioni di conservazione.
