The original first edition had been out of print for a year and a half when Sage publishing printed a second edition. Subsequently 300 copies of the original first edition published by the University of New Mexico were found at the bindery. This edition was prized over the Sage edition because it contains an introduction and color printing that the less expensive Sage edition did not. This copy is housed in a unique red slipcase with Indian art on the spine. Book is protected in a custom cut clear mylar cover. All books are carefully wrapped and shipped in a box.
