Pearl S. Buck winner of literature's highest award the Novel Prize has ingeniously succeeded in weaving together in "A Certain Star" a story about these two powerful subjects. It is a warm story pulsing with keen sensitivity to the family tensions besetting dedicated men on the contemporary scene. Above all it is a story with an inspiring message for families in all walks of life and one especially appropriate at Christmas time. EB; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 23 pages . 1957. American Weekly hardcover
