"Die Zukunft Deutschlands wird davon abhängen, was für Menschen in ihm geboren werden. Wenn die Tüchtigsten auf Nachkommenschaft verzichten, die Gesunkenen und Farblosen dafür aber acht und zehn Kinder in die Welt setzten, müssen die Eigenschaften des gesamten Volkes sich in kurzer Zeit verschlechtern. Die Zukunft Deutschlands liegt im Geburtensieg der einen oder der anderen [...]".
