Textblock edges dyed red are clean and bright. Pictorial endpapers with spaceships/outer space motif have literacy organization inkstamp; "From St Paul's Sunday School" neatly in ink facing title page; o/w clean throughout. Pulp paper is browning as usual pages are supple but a small 2mm chip to front endpaper probably signals brittleness of extreme edges. Dust jacket is bright and clean very attractive wraparound cover art with a little rubbing to surface and edges a 4mm tiny chip to back panel a few nicks two short closed edge tears to front panel 2cm and less than 1cm.
