Very good.</p><p>Ortiz de Cervantes born in Lima was a Procurator General for Cuzco and Lima; he travelled to Madrid where he had printed one of the earliest manifestations for the creole rights in regards to government in the Indies. That he did with his "<em>Memorial que trata de la perpetuidad de los Encomenderos de Indios del Perú con juridicion en sus pueblos medio eficaz para que este Reyno se restaure conserve y aumente" 1617. This imprint is harsher and "straitghtforward" in its tone. Furthermore in more than one aspect its a groundbreaking statement asking for citizenship for natives and making a strong argument and rightfullness of appointing creoles to positions in the colonial administration and Church Offices.</em></p><p><em>Ortiz de Zárate advirtió en aquel texto que hacía falta desarrollar una política más activa en la protección de la población nativa; la muerte y la huida de los indígenas les quitaba la mano de obra imprescindible para el desarrollo de la economía colonial y su reclamo se extendió en dos nuevos trabajos el primero titulado "Información en favor del derecho que tienen los nacidos en las Indias a ser preferidos ." que ahora ofrecemos en su segunda edición y el siguiente impreso un año más tarde "Parabien al Rey D. Felipe IIII N. S. que da la cabeza del Reyno del Piru." Madrid 1620.</em></p><p><em>Los tres ensayos de Ortiz de Cervantes componen un cuerpo de peticiones muy directas elaboradas por un representante de la elite criolla hispanoamericana y dirigidas al propio monarca español. Fueron dados a la luz apenas ocho años después del texto de Fray Juan Zapata de Sandoval el mexicano que elevara una petición de justicia distributiva por primera vez en la historia hispanoamericana. Sin duda ambos autores ocupan un sitial de honor en la producción intelectual de América.</em></p><p><em>Ortiz de Cervantes designado Oidor juez de la Real Audiencia de Lima en 1628 dio en la obra que aquí ofrecemos las razones históricas que justifican su reclamo en defensa de los naturales de Indias los que deben ser preferidos por Su Majestad y justificó por primera vez el concepto de ciudadanía para los nativos. Para favorecer esta selección indicó que los virreyes obispos y audiencias "informen de los sujetos capaces y beneméritos de ellas y que cada año el Virrey envíe relación de méritos y servicios así de lo Eclesiástico como de lo secular." Fruto del Patronato Real firmado entre la Santa Sede y la Corona española ésta debía designar las prelaturas de Indias y en virtud de esta selección Ortiz de Cervantes reclamaba la prioridad de los ciudadanos locales. </em></p><p>Palau 205772. La bella storia di Orlando innamorato e poi furioso
br. Questo saggio letterario, la cui prima edizione risale al 1933, è incentrato sulla vicenda di Orlando, il cavaliere, nipote di Carlo Magno, che divenne una leggenda nella storia delle Crociate e poi il protagonista "innamorato" dell'opera di Matteo Maria Boiardo. Panzini ritiene che l'"Orlando Innamorato" sia alla base di due grandi opere della letteratura mondiale: l'"Orlando Furioso" di Ludovico Ariosto e il "Don Chisciotte della Mancia" di Miguel de Cervantes. Nel primo caso Panzini intende dimostrare come l'opera dello scrittore emiliano debba moltissimo a quella del Boiardo, senza la quale probabilmente oggi l'"Orlando Furioso" sarebbe stato molto diverso, o addirittura non sarebbe esistito. Nel caso di Cervantes sottolinea l'importanza che il Boiardo ha avuto per la nascita del personaggio di Don Chisciotte e della sua leggendaria pazzia, che trae origine da quei libri che il cavaliere della Mancia era solito conservare nella sua libreria. Panzini coglie l'occasione per illustrare, in un modo del tutto inedito, i personaggi, i luoghi e le vicende narrate dal Boiardo nel suo capolavoro.
