In nineteenth century France the mentally unstable head doctor of a sanatorium secretly uses the facility's dungeon as a torture chamber for his patients. A Mexican production shot in Mexico City with a primarily Mexican cast and crew but filmed in English and subsequently dubbed into Spanish for Mexican release.
