With a printed snipe on the verso along with the stamp of Culver Pictures photo bureau a date stamp of "Dec 1939" and holograph annotations regarding layout. <br/><br/>Rooney and Garland sing "God's Country" from the finale of the musical in a scene spoofing Franklin and Eleanor Roosevelt and the FDR's fireside chats. This scene was cut from the film after Roosevelt's death and believed lost until it was rediscovered and restored in 1990s. Rooney received a Best Actor nomination for his role in the film. <br/><br/>10 x 8 inches. Very Good. Mary Ellen Bute's final film and one of the only cinematic adaptations of James Joyce's masterfully complex work of fiction "Finnegans Wake." Shot over a two year period Bute was tasked with transforming Joyce's impenetrable prose without losing any of the work's surreal lyrical essence. The subsequent film maintains the original novel's oneiric style. Bute and her husband Ted Nemeth were longtime collaborators and Nemeth worked as both cinematographer and producer of the film. In 1965 it was honored at the Cannes Film Festival as Best Debut and remains Bute's sole feature length film. Shot on location in New York City and Dublin. Brown untitled wrappers. One-page Civil War letter on Department of the East Medical Director's Office stationery notifying commanders of Union General Hospitals that: <p style="margin-left:3%; margin-right:3%;">"The Surgeon General instructs me to inform all Medical officers . . . to inform their patients that the firm of Randolph and Co. Government Solicitors Post Office Box No 38 Washington D.C. are swindlers and to take such means as may be necessary to stop their thieving operations."<p>It is unspecified what the fraudulent actions of Randolph and Company fraudulent involved however contemporary records suggest that the firm may have preyed upon furloughed patients at train stations in some manner while they traveled to their homes. May 12 80" with annotations in holograph ink and pencil and a copied hand-drawn map for directions to the Paramount Ranch the location of the Western town set.<br/><br/>Not to be confused with the 1996 film directed by Wes Craven and starring David Arquette and Neve Campbell.<br/><br/>Twelve campers on a rafting trip down the Rio Grande decide to set up camp in an old Western ghost town when an unknown killer begins to eliminate them one by one.<br/><br/>Set in the Rio Grande shot on location in Lake Piru and Paramount Ranch California. <br/><br/>Yellow titled wrappers. Apr. 10 1975. The back of the poster is printed with the return address and a list of the Federal buildings that were to receive copies of this poster.
