Wood covers accordion folded album 15 fine color painted leaves each on silk pastels colors executed with a most steady & fine line minor soil covers slightly checked silk border mounted album size is 7.5 x 26 cm.RARE A LOVELY SUITE OF 15 FINE COLOR QING DYNASTY EROTIC CHINESE PAINTINGS. Painting size is ca.11 x 20 cm. Each painting shows a couple engaged in or preparing to enjoy sexual pleasure some with genitals exposed each painted with the most delicate and beautiful colors as their faces display a pink flush with excitement. The girls all have "Golden Lotus" feet or bound feet with tiny shoes tied on they are all dressed in lovely flowing gown with natural garden setting in the background with colorful flowers & trees. 1. The first scene shows a very young couple preparing to make love. 2. The next is of a young girl using a dildo while a male lover looks on with erect penis. 3. The third shows a girl sitting on her lover's knee as he fondles her vulva. 4. Next shows a couple engaging in love-making in the garden as the girl sits facing her lover. The genitals are shown where engaged. 5. Two girls prepare to engage in love-making. They are both on a sofa one reclines holds a bronze mirror while the other girl holds her lover's right leg up. Both share looking into the mirror to see the erotic scene some mild discoloration on her hip & face. 6. Shows a couple in the garden while the girl rests her face on her arm on a rock bending over exposing her posterior while her lover enters from the rear and holds her fast. 7. A couple are seated the man first then the woman sits upon his lap as she holds up one knee for deep penetration. 8. While the mistress sleeps on her bed in the background the master unsatisfied pulls the servant girl to his exposed penis. She resists. 9. A lovely garden scene shows the couple with the man holding the girl by the shoulder as they hug each other. 10. All of these lovely paintings show the most pleasant and joyful expressions on the face and especially in the eyes and lips. Books of this subject style are vintage are scarce. The Chinese had a very naturalistic view and open attitude toward sex during this period. Love-making and erotic scenes of this subject were drawn in the most natural ways. People are shown with very pleasant "Yin & Yang" looks between men and women and the act of "Clouds & Rain" love-making are done with pleasant and enjoyable expressions BINDING: The work is period bound and mounted with silk each painting is on silk. The accordion folded book is bound in hard-wood covers. Nicely executed mounted & bound in the traditional Chinese style. On the opposite pages to the paintings is a lovely hand-made gold-flecked Chinese papery. A wonderful example of the best of Chinese painting and bookbinding art form. . unknown

An erotic hand painted color scroll 12 individual scenes each painting ca. 21.5 x 15 cm. overall width is 18 cm. in very clean pristine condition external phoenix cloth inside dark blue silk mounting jade ends. This work is an excerpt from the Chinese erotic novel the Chin P'ing Mei written during the Ming dynasty. It depicts the sexual exploits of the hero Hsi-men and is China's most famous classic novel of erotica. This lovely hand scroll illustrates twelve erotic scenes with Hsi-men and his willowy female consorts. Sapphicsm a common theme but this example shows the hero engaged in a host of sexual pleasures. He adores the vulva and her tiny "Lotus-hooks" or bound feet. In one superb view he is embraced by three lovely paramours as he attempts to gratify each with his tender touch. In another sensual scene while his "jade stick" pierces and ravishes an old favorite a younger concubine is voyeuring at them with desire as we see her pink-flushed face as she masturbates with relish. Several other marvelous paintings show various positions employed for mutual benefit. THREE CHINESE EROTIC HAND-PAINTED PORCEAIN TILE PANELS.
China n.d. ca 1920. A set of three hand-painted color porcelain tiles each is ca. 10.3 x 25.8 cm. very clean excellent condition erotic color paintings. RARE UNIQUE ! . STYLE: These are done in the "Southern" style in a semi-tropical setting common of Fujian Guandong and Guanxi provinces during the turn-of-the century perhaps about 1900-1920's by stylistic analysis. The semi-tropical plants place the setting in the south-eastern part of China. They were most likely used in a scholar's private garden decorating a private room or alcove specially used for love-making on a lazy afternoon. . THE EROTIC SUBJECT PAINTED ON THE PORCELAIN TILES: The First: This shows a lovely scene along the river in the background with a weeping willow tree in the garden. The couple are on a garden bench making love. The girl mounts her lover side- ways. She is clothed in a silk chest vest he wears nothing else. She has her "golden lotus" bound feet lifted off the ground for deeper penetration. The "loving couple" show pleasant faces as she clutches her hands with her arms holding him fast. He gropes her buttock for more control. The second: Shows the "loving couple" in a pavilion with the garden adjacent. She sits on the bed with her chartreuse robe under her fully naked body. He stands and leans his penis into her while she pulls him close with her arms. She wraps her left leg around him while touching his side with her right "golden lotus" bound foot. Both her "golden lotus" bound feet are visible. She kisses his left cheek in a passionate embrace. There are stairs leading up to the scholar's private room for love-making with a nice "scholar's rock" in the foreground. The third: The "loving couple" are in the garden with a circular gateway in the background along with a banana tree. The "loving couple" are engaged in love-making. She leans her left arm and leg against a porcelain stool while opening her legs giving him and easy entrance. He is on his knees inserting his penis into her. The couple are naked she is voluptuous with large breasts and looks as his "jade stick" with fascination He observes her "jade gate" while inserting his manhood into her. Her left "golden lotus" bound foot is visible. His pair of padded black shoes and a silk gown are on the grass with a lovely "scholar rock" in the foreground. . Celebre poema erotico, la cui opera originale sarebbe stata scritta in spagnolo da Aloysia o Luisa Sigea, poetessa erudita e damigella d'onore alla corte di Lisbona, poi tradotta in latino da un certo John o Joannes Meursius, un umanista olandese. L'autore è l'avvocato, scrittore e latinista Nicolas Chorier.

2 parti in un vol. in-8 picc, pp. XXIV, 212; (4), 172, (2); legatura del tempo p. pelle screziata , tagli dor. (un po' consunta). Titolo ed antiporta incisi in rame e colorati all'epoca, quest'ultimo raffigura una fanciulla circondata da amorini e corteggiata da svariati uomini. Falsa edizione elzeviriana, curata da Meunier de Querlon "qui prétendait avoir collationné onze éditions précédentes" (Gay), di celebre opera dal contenuto erotico e licenzioso, già pubblicata nel XVII secolo. Falsamente attribuita all'erudito archeologo Jo. Meursius, è invece di Nicholas Chorier, avvocato generale al Parlamento di Grenoble. "Jamais Louise Sigea, savante et vertueuse Portugaise, n'eut la pensé de publier un pareil ouvrage, rempli de beaucoup d'enfamies, écrites d'une latinité très-pure" (Quérard).
