My Haggadah, was developed by Charlotte Scotch and myself while with the Religious School of Beth Emet The Free Synagogue, Evanston, Illinois. It was used there with great success, at the model Seder, in classroom work, and in the nursery school activities. A simplified version of the actual Seder, it includes all the major ceremonies, explains the various objects on the Seder table, and tells the essential parts of the Passover story on a childs level. Each of the 20 pages contains one major though, clearly expressed in a large, attractive picture and simple, brief text. My Haggadah was prepared for the 3-to-6 age level. (Page 1) . The Zionist movement was introduced into Denmark in 1902 with the establishment of the Dansk Zionistforening. The World Zionist Congress headquarters moved to and operated from Copenhagen for the duration of the World War I period. Between 1933 and 1945 about 1, 700 potential pioneers and members of Youth Aliyah from Central European countries received agricultural training with Danish farmers. His contributions to general history were Pietism as a Factor in the Rise of German Nationalism (1934) ; A Bibliographical Introduction to Nationalism (1935) ; and Modern Germany, Its History and Civilization (1954) . An American Reform rabbi, Plaut (b. 1912) was born in Germany and took a law degree at the University of Berlin. In 1935, he fled the Nazis to the US, and there was ordained at Hebrew Union College. He served as a chaplain in the army during WWII, and led congregations in Chicago, St. Paul, and Toronto, leading the Holy Blossom Temple in Toronto several decades. (EJ, 2007) Very good condition.
