No editor mentioned at the beginning, various women mentioned throughout the text and credited for all recipes and tips explained. Two star bands on the top and bottom of the front cover, title and collective authorship on the front. Detailed index (8 pp.!) at the beginning of the book. Many empty pages left as "Memorandum" to be filled with notes. This now rare book is full of interesting recipes and tips. It features typical Brazilian dishes such as broinhas, Bahia patties or cheese tartlets as well as English or even French dishes. Muitas páginas vazias deixadas como “Memorandum” para serem preenchidas com anotações. Este livro raro está cheio de receitas e dicas interessantes. Apresenta pratos típicos brasileiros como broinhas, empanadas baianas ou tortinhas de queijo, além de pratos ingleses ou mesmo franceses. Embora nenhuma foto esteja incluída, isso deve dar muita inspiração na hora de cozinhar!
