The only issue keeping it out of a higher condition grade is that both bottom corners have a bit of a crimp/bump that goes through the entire book and some faint smudge marks. The original officer's name and rank A. J. GASPAR LTJG MSC USNR stamped on the front cover the title page and the inside of the rear cover. A clean tight original manual from date indicated this being the pocket issue version which shows only light shelf and edge wear and is solidly bound. Generally these manuals present light wear to tan card covers possible a small stain or two and a small crease.the interior is clean and unmarked.
