Très intéressante lettre sur la folie Beaujon, sa chapelle, les propriétaires successifs, mentionnant « Eugène [Sue], depuis socialiste, mais aristocrate jusqu'au bout des ongles » quand il jouait avec l'expéditeur de cette lettre. Il est question de la vente de la maison par Mme de Balzac, vraisemblablement la mère d'Honoré de Balzac, morte en 1854. Cette maison a été vendue à Mme de Rothschild deux jours avant sa mort. [306]
