Very good. <p>The Papyrus of Ani is a papyrus manuscript with cursive hieroglyphics and color illustrations created around 1250 BC in the 19th dynasty of the New Kingdom of ancient Egypt. Egyptians compiled an individualized book for certain people upon their death called the Book of Going Forth by Day now commonly known as the Book of the Dead containing declarations and spells to help the deceased in their afterlife. This papyrus of the Theban scribe Ani was stolen from an Egyptian government storeroom in 1888 by Sir E. A. Wallis Budge for the British Museum's collection. ISBN: 978-960-8145-87-0.</p><p>Η ἀνασκαφὴ τῶν Μυκηνῶν τοῦ 1876 ἀπὸ τὸν ῾ΕÏÏίκο Schliemann εἶναι ἡ πλέον γνωστὴ καὶ διάσημη τοῦ 19ου αἰώνα στὴν ῾Ελλάδα. ᾽Εξ á¼€Ïχῆς θεωÏήθηκε δικαίως πολὺ σημαντικὴ καὶ Ï€Ïαγματικὰ ὑπῆÏξε ἡ á¼€Ïχὴ τῆς δημιουÏγίας ἑνὸς κλάδου τῆς á¼€Ïχαιολογικῆς á¼Ï€Î¹ÏƒÏ„ήμης τῆς μελέτης τοῦ ἕως τότε ἄγνωστου μυκηναϊκοῦ πολιτισμοῦ. ῾Ο Schliemann Ï€Ïὸς τιμήν του ἔδωσε πολὺ γÏήγοÏα Ï„á½° ἀποτελέσματα τῶν á¼Ïευνῶν του μὲ ὀγκώδη πολύτιμα δημοσιεύματα καί á¼Î¾ á¼€Ïχῆς ἔγιναν γνωστὰ Ï„á½° ἀποτελέσματα τῆς ἀνασκαφῆς του. ῾Η ἀνασκαφὴ καὶ Ï„á½° ἀποτελέσματά της ὑπῆÏξαν τὸ κοÏυφαῖο καὶ πλέον σημαντικό σημεῖο τῆς Ï€ÏωτοποÏιακῆς á¼”Ïευνας τῶν Μυκηνῶν. ῾Η διοικητικὴ καὶ πολιτικὴ πλευÏá½° ὅμως τῆς διαδικασίας τῆς ἀνασκαφῆς ὡς καὶ ἕνα πολὺ μεγάλο καὶ βασικῆς σημασίας μέÏος τῆς á¼Ï€Î¹ÏƒÏ„ημονικῆς διεξαγωγῆς τῆς ἀνασκαφῆς μένει σχεδὸν á¼Î½Ï„ελῶς ἄγνωστο μὲ τὴν á¼Î¾Î±á½·Ïεση κάποιας εá½Î¼ÎµÎ½á¿†Ï‚ σποÏαδικῆς μνείας γιὰ τὸν ῞Ελληνα συντελεστή της τὸν Παναγιώτη Σταματάκη. ῾Η ἀνασκαφὴ τῶν Μυκηνῶν τοῦ 1876 ἦταν καὶ εἶναι ἀνασκαφὴ τῆς ᾽ΑÏχαιολογικῆς ῾ΕταιÏείας διὰ τοῦ ῾ΕÏÏίκου Schliemann. Πλάι του μὲ διοικητικὴ καὶ á¼Ï€Î¹ÏƒÏ„ημονικὴ á¼Ïμοδιότητα ὑπῆÏχε καθ' ὅλη Ï„á½´ διάÏκεια τῆς ἀνασκαφῆς ὠ῎ΕφοÏος τῆς ῾ΕταιÏείας Παναγιώτης ᾽Αντ. Σταματάκης ἕνας ἀπὸ τοὺς πλέον μεθοδικούς εá½ÏƒÏ…νείδητους καὶ ἰδεολόγους ῞Ελληνες á¼€Ïχαιολόγους. ῾Ο Παναγιώτης Σταματάκης εἶχε τὴν á¼Ï€Î¿Ï€Ï„εία καὶ τὴν εá½Î¸á½»Î½Î· τῆς νομικῆς καὶ á¼Ï€Î¹ÏƒÏ„ημονικῆς á¼Î¾Î±ÏƒÏ†Î±Î»á½·ÏƒÎµÏ‰Ï‚ τῶν ἀποτελεσμάτων τῆς ἀνασκαφῆς τῆς καταγÏαφῆς καὶ κατάταξης τῶν εὑÏημάτων καὶ τῆς διάσωσης ὅλων τῶν στοιχείων ποὺ κάνουν μιὰν ἀνασκαφὴ ἀξιόπιστη. ῾Η ÎÏ„á½¹Ïα Βασιλικοῦ á¼€Ïχίζοντας ἀπὸ τὸ 1870 μᾶς πεÏιγÏάφει Ï„á½´ δÏαστηÏιότητα τοῦ Schliemann στὴν ῾Ελλάδα τὶς Ï€Ïοσπάθειές του γιὰ ἀνασκαφὲς στὶς Μυκῆνες καὶ τὴν ᾽Ολυμπία μέÏος τῆς δÏάσης του τῆς σχετικῆς μὲ τὶς á¼€Ïχαιότητες τῆς ΤÏοίας τὴν ἀπαγωγή τους στὴν ῾Ελλάδα καὶ τὴν á¼Ï€Î±Î½ÎµÎ¾Î±Î³Ï‰Î³á½µ τους τὴν κοινωνικὴ καὶ á¼€Ïχαιολογική δÏαστηÏιότητά του στὴν ᾽Αθήνα καί τέλος τὴν ἀνασκαφὴ τῶν Μυκηνῶν μετὰ Ï„á½´ λήψη τῆς πεÏιπόθητης ἀδείας ἀπὸ τὴν ᾽ΑÏχαιολογικὴ ῾ΕταιÏεία. Μὲ τὴν ἔναÏξη τῆς ἀνασκαφῆς τῶν Μυκηνῶν ἕνας νέος παÏάγων ὠΠαναγιώτης Σταματάκης ἀποκτᾶ δεσπόζουσα θέση στὴ διεξαγωγή της. ῾Η ἀντίδÏαση τοῦ Schliemann καὶ τῆς γυναίκας του Σοφίας στοὺς διοικητικοὺς καὶ á¼Ï€Î¹ÏƒÏ„ημονικοὺς κανόνες ποὺ θέλει ὠΣταματάκης νὰ τηÏεῖ Ï€Ïοκαλοῦν σφοδÏὲς συγκÏούσεις μεταξύ τους στὶς á½Ï€Î¿á¿–ες ἀναμειγνύονται ἡ ᾽ΑÏχαιολογικὴ ῾ΕταιÏεία καὶ ἡ ᾽ΑÏχαιολογικὴ ῾ΥπηÏεσία. ῾Η ἀνασκαφὴ τελειώνει á½ Schliemann ἀποχωÏεῖ χωÏὶς ποτὲ νὰ á¼Ï€Î±Î½á½³Î»Î¸ÎµÎ¹ καὶ ὠΣταματάκης συνεχίζει μόνος τὸ μεγάλο á¼”Ïγο. ῾Η ἀνακάλυψη καὶ ἀνασκαφὴ ἀπὸ τὸν Σταματάκη στὴν á¼€Ïχὴ τοῦ 1877 θησαυÏοῦ πολύτιμων ἀντικειμένων καὶ τὸν ÎοέμβÏιο τοῦ 6ου τάφου τοῦ ταφικοῦ κύκλου ποὺ εἶχε á¼Ïευνήσει ἀτελῶς á½ Schliemann ἀποδεικνÏουν Ï„á½´ μεθοδικότητα καὶ τὴν á¼Ï€Î¹ÏƒÏ„ημονικὴ á¼Ï€Î¹Î¼á½³Î»ÎµÎ¹Î¬ του. Τὸ βιβλίο παÏουσιάζει νέα στοιχεῖα ἀπὸ Ï„á½° á¼€Ïχεῖα τῆς Γενναδείου καὶ τῆς ᾽ΑÏχαιολογικῆς ῾ΕταιÏείας καὶ δίνει τὴν ἀκÏιβῆ εἰκόνα τῆς ἀνασκαφῆς τοῦ 1876 καὶ τῶν á¼Î½ÎµÏγειῶν ὅλων ὅσοι ἀναμείχθηκαν στὸ μεγάλο á¼Î³Ï‡Îµá½·Ïημα τοῦ á½Ïμητικοῦ Schliemann.
