Spring and Summer 1914 Men's Clothing.
Chicago.: Paragon Tailoring Company. 1914. Sixteen page color illustrated men's clothing catalog; 11 x 8 1/4 inches. Four pages of fabric samples--64 in all only three with damage. Crease down middle where evidently folded. There is staining to the free edge of the front cover that extends to several interior pages with one black and white illustrated page much the worst for wear: evidently the catalog was improperly folded when the staining occurred as some pages are relatively free of damage. Clothing styles illustrated indicate a market very much geared young men with a flair for the blimp look. Some of these young men's suits may cause your eyes to bulge and your jaw to drop--and possibly trigger a pharyngeal reflex.
