Actor Joe Bologna's working copy annotated profusely throughout including entire pages of handwritten dialogue on both versos and rectos and with his name in holograph pencil on the title page. Additionally SIGNED by screenwriter Westlake on the title page who adapted the screenplay from his 1972 novel of the same name. Laid in are 43 pages of shooting schedules memorandums revision pages and other epehemra and bound at the rear is a page of detailed production notes. The story of two jaded police officers who turn to crime using knowledge they learned as cops to plan heists and augment their low salaries. Westlake's darkly comic and bitter story received a very positive critical response. Set in 1970s era New York and shot there on location this film offers a candid and engaging portrait of the city's gritty pre-gentrified past. Gorman's first starring role. Green titled wrappers.
