This is Issue nr. 64 of the bi-weekly periodical "Revolutionary Ethiopia" issued by the Provisional Office for Mass Organizational Affairs POMOA active from 1975 to 1979 "POMOA functioned as a forum to involve different Marxist-Leninist organizations in the revolutionary process and to politicize and organize the masses. POMOA was set up through a decree of the Derg military junta in December 1975. The existence of POMOA was publicly revealed on April 21 1976 following the announcement of the National Democratic Revolution Programme.The organization was conceptualized not as a political party but as a 'popular revolutionary front'.Through POMOA the Derg military junta received political support in the face of opposition from the EPRP especially through the building of organizational structures in the provinces. But the Derg was wary of the dominance of the All-Ethiopian Socialist Movement Meison over POMOA. .Membership in POMOA was kept secret. Five political groups were active inside POMOA; Meison Waz Leaguethe Ethiopian Marxist-Leninist Revolutionary Organization Malerid Echat and Seded.On September 26 1976 EPRP unleashed a campaign of assassinations against POMOA cadres. The first prominent victim of the EPRP assassination spree was Fikre Merid Meison leader and POMOA Committee member who was shot in his car in Addis Abeba. Disgutoso: "Il Negus... con tutto quello che c'è in luii di EBREO e di bizantino [a noi] non si impone. In lui e nella RAZZA NERA o NERASTRA che rappresenta, vediamo un'immobilità culturale di parecchie migliaia di anni...tante generazioni di gente dalla pelle oscurata..." Anche connotare negativamente la grecità bizantina a tutto favore della romanità italica e rumena non ci pare il massimo della liberalità. Afferma che i due Bellini copiarono i bizantini! IORGA fu uno storico, politico, accademico museologo e letterato; conservatore e nazionalista (fondatore del il Partito Nazionale Democratico, consigliere del di Romania Carlo II) si professava "liberale" e vantava che il suo nazionalismo "non ha fatto versare alcuna goccia di sangue"; professore ordinario all'Università di Bucarest, fu membro di accademie scientifiche nazionali e internazionali, nonché doctor honoris causa delle più prestigiose università europee. Affascinato dall'Italia. A p. 81 inneggia a Mussolini (che secondo wiki, non ammirava nel 1930 nel suo libro "L'Italia vista da un romeno"). Fu coraggioso contro la Russia, cui nel 1940 non cedette né Bessarabia né Bucovina, e contro i nazisti, i cui sostenitori della "Guardia di Ferro" lo assassinarono nel bosco di Streinic.‎
