Very Rare. <br/><br/>This illustrated booklet was designed to appeal to potential students. It shows the Ladies Dormitory built in 1888 but not the auditorium which was erected in 1892. Mild bit of soiling; minor mounting trace on blank 4th leaf. On ornate "Executive Chamber" letterhead Lee replies to a cryptic request. In part: "Your favor to the Governor is received. I am directed to say that he cannot give you the desired information By applying to Genl. Meigs Q.M. General U.S. Army you can probably ascertain when the book can be found."
