This copy includes also the lithograph "Vogelperspectief van het Heilige Land" Bird's-eye View of the Holy Land printed by F. Böger and published by Stramrood together with a 16-page "Verklaring" explanatory notes and was sold separately for the price of one Florin. Both these additions are paginated here consecutively.
