Real Cédula de S.M. y Señores del Consejo por la qual se declara que la regla establecida por la de 16 de Setiembre de 1784 que trata sobre el pago de los créditos de Artesanos y otros es general, y que solo debe valer el fuero a los Matriculados de Marina quando se hallen destinados a la tripulacion, armamento o maestranza de algun buque. Y que lo dispuesto en el artículo quinto de la misma Cédula para con las clases distinguidas y personas acomodadas debe entenderse y comprehender a todas las del Reyno.
