Whittlesey opposite the dedication page to book was dedicated to Whittlesey. The bookplate is a little bent on one side. INSCRIBED by the author on the front flyleaf. "With a heart full of warmest greeting to all my Friend at No. 70 Harbor Streets. / The Sutherlands / From / Dugald Stewart Walker / Christmas 1924." Scarce. Limited to 500 copies. Dugald Stewart Walker 1883-1937 was a native or Richmond Virginia. He was noted for his illustrations and bookplate designs. This book was dedicated to the memory of Charles W.
