This includes the seizure and burning of the Philadelphia in the port of Tripoli while in command of the Intrepid. Other ship seizures by US naval forces are discussed with brief details given. FAIR condition. Pamphlet is separated into three sections comprising two signatures and a single leaf of pages 9/10. Moderate browning to the first and last page with minor browning in the interior. Minor scattered foxing. Small dampstain at the upper fore edge. Some creasing minor chipping and tearing along the extremities. No Publisher unknown
