This superb original photograph dates to ca1920 and is in very good condition hand-tined offered in original mat titled and signed by photographer Mackaskill. Mackaskill a famous Canadian maritime photographer at one stage photographed the Bluenose. One of his photographs of the Bluenose became the subject of a commerative postage stamp issued in 1929 and in 1937 another was used on the Canadian ten cent piece where it still appears to this day.
