Paris: Perrotin Editeur 1847. Hardcover. Very Good. The first French edition with 10 new chansons and the first with plates by De Lemud J. Lange MM. Charlet and others. From the Myers' library sold at auction. 1" at tip of Vol. 2 split at spine fold and hinge of I has a small split both quite repairable by binder; else a tight bright and clean set. The beautiful gilt decorated binding with raised bands and dentelles is well worth the restoration expense. Rare. Perrotin Editeur hardcover
