Il tutto narrato con spensieratezza e creatività, alla maniera di un cahier d'esquisses, vale a dire un taccuino d'appunti stipato di musica, memorie, reminiscenze e souvenirs, assieme al Maestro con cura elaborato, mangiando, amando, cantando e digerendo perché: "Mangiare, amare, cantare e digerire sono i quattro atti di quell'opera comica che è la vita e che svanisce come la schiuma d'una bottiglia di champagne.
