Tutte le figure impegnate nella supply chain trovano risposte pratiche e operative su "come fare" a ottenere un magazzino "di successo", elemento indispensabile per accrescere la competitività aziendale. Questa nuova edizione contiene anche la descrizione di un approccio più moderno alla gestione delle scorte.
