In late 1980s, I was controlling a large staff, which had their own personal problems, but slowly the staff members started approaching me for guidance, though this was not part of my official duty, as such , in the beginning I was reluctant to render any advise, but I found that if the problems are not sorted out in a sympathetic manner, then this leads to loss of output and at times, even led to accidents. As such , I started given tips and encouraged them to solve their problems in their own ways. This helped many and issues were solved amicably. To render better service, I started referring many books on human affairs and psychology. The study increased my knowledge base and I gained good experience. All the time, I was preparing notes and slowly the notes became bigger and bigger. The formation of a book has started and further research was done to improve upon it. Based on my experience and interaction with the people, the notes were grouped under four aspects: Religious, Spiritual, Scientific and Materialistic and how one achieves progress in these aspects. Excellence in life is a reference book, where subject matter has been arranged in a logical manner as civilizations developed in a different parts of the world. I hope that the readers will be benefited out of this book and they will develop confidence in tackling the problems, as they arise in life. Soon world would become a happier place to live in and harmony will prevail amongst all. Book is only a beginning and not the end. About The Author:- Om Prakash Shukal was born at Narshing Garh, near Bhopal in Madhya Pradesh. He joined the Indian Navy's engineering college at Lonavala. He did graduation in marine engineering with steam subjects from Ministry of Transport, second time graduation with motor (diesel) subjects, third time graduation with boiler subjects and advanced engineering from Liverpool in United Kingdom. He served in the Indian Navy for 14 years and was awarded War Service medal during Indo-Pakistan War of 1965, while he was posted on board I.N.S. Delhi - the colony class cruiser of the Indian Navy. He joined department of Atomic Energy as engineer and passed 18 technical papers, which qualified him to draw extra qualification allowance. He served in the department for 29 years and held many senior positions. He guided research and development and wrote quality assurance and safety audit manuals for nuclear power plants. He was awarded appreciation letter for carrying out safety audit of an atomic power station for the first time in India. He was Chairman of Kota Chapter of Indian Society for Nondestructive Testing and is Life Member of Indian Nuclear Society. Orano sostiene era esistita una Romanità costruttiva, rovinata e indotta alla «rassegnazione» dall’idea evangelica, figlia del «messianismo israelitico». La Chiesa, identificandosi con l’Impero romano, ormai era decaduto, ne aveva assimilato i tratti autoritari ed era sopravvissuta. Opera intrisa di idee antiebraiche, scritta durante il periodo delle frequentazioni massoniche dell’autore.

br. Nell'ipermodernità, i comportamenti privati e collettivi vengono legittimati dall'industria culturale per mezzo di immaginari visuali. Si tratta di costrutti simbolici e tecnologici che generano una realtà dove la sfera sacra, transitando verso quella profana, legittima le strutture istituzionali e la ripetibilità del quotidiano. Così la religione rende naturale e buono quello che si pensa, consuma, desidera, ama e odia. Le forme linguistiche di tali idee possono essere comprese grazie alla "leggibilità del mondo". Nel tempo l'umanità scrive un libro fatto di tante metafore tese ad aggiornare il "vero", rendendolo credibile. Oggi, la produzione metaforica del senso è dominata dall'integrazione e interazione mediatica con cui si trasmettono e distribuiscono significati. Ne deriva una costante mercificazione del sacro di cui, in questo volume, vengono analizzate alcune conseguenze nel discorso politico, prendendo a riferimento due casi emblematici e profondamente diversi: il M5S e l'ISIS.
