Zeichnet einen Sitzungsbericht der Frankfurter Nationalversammlung in der Eigenschaft als Schriftführer: "Der Austritt des Abgeordneten Heisterbergk wird mit dem Bemerken angezeigt, daß dessen Stellvertreter sofort eintreten werde. Der Vorsitzende zeigt an, daß das Büreau an die Stelle der ausgetretenen Mitglieder Hassler und Biedermann, die Abgeordneten Rheinwald und Frisch in die Redactions-Commission gewählt habe. Nach verschiedenen Ankündigungen wird die Sitzung kurz vor 2 Uhr geschlossen [...]". - Preußen, Österreich und weitere Staaten befahlen im Mai 1849 den Abgeordneten der Nationalversammlung, ihr Mandat niederzulegen, und traten der Revolution nun mit offener Gewalt entgegen. Jucho nahm nach Ende des Paulskirchenparlaments das Archiv der Nationalversammlung mit dem Original der Verfassungsurkunde an sich und trat so in einen Konflikt mit dem Deutschen Bund. Das Archiv gelangte Anfang der 1850er Jahre mit Gewalt wieder in Besitz der städtischen Behörden, die Verfassungsurkunde jedoch brachte Jucho nach England in Sicherheit und schickte sie 1870 an Eduard von Simson, den Präsidenten des Reichstages des Norddeutschen Bundes, welcher sie später dem Archiv des Deutschen Reichstags übergab. - Mit Sammlernotiz in Blei. ½ S. Folio (223:282 mm). Albumblatt mit gedruckter Bordüre und gedr. Fußzeile "Beitrag zum Selbstschriftenalbum 'Deutschlands Zukunft'", aufgezogen auf einen Bogen Pergamentpapier (ca. 330:344 mm). "Nicht politisches Geschwätz, nur Arbeit schafft Werte. Arbeit muß vorurteilslos im Rahmen des Ganzen bewertet werden. Der Staat braucht Arbeiter aller Art. Diese müssen sich gegenseitig achten, wenn der Staat gedeihen und damit die Lebenshaltung aller Volksgenossen besser werden soll [...]". Geschrieben als Beitrag für die von Friedrich Koslowsky im Berliner Eigenbrödler-Verlag herausgegebene Faksimile-Anthologie "Deutschlands Köpfe der Gegenwart über Deutschlands Zukunft" (1928). Die Sentenz bei Veröffentlichung in Druckschrift wiedergegeben. - Adolf Juckenack hielt, nach seiner leitenden Tätigkeit am Preußischen Nahrungsmitteluntersuchungsamt in Berlin, seit Ende des Ersten Weltkriegs Vorlesungen an der Technischen Hochschule in Berlin-Charlottenburg. 1 S. auf Doppelblatt. 8vo. An namentlich nicht genannte Dame, der sie mitteilt, daß sie sie aufgrund ihrer Krankheit, eines Gelenkrheumatismus', nicht besuchen könne. Es sei noch für einige Tage geboten, zuhause zu bleiben. Sie sehe sich gezwungen, von dem Verkauf (was, wird nicht gesagt) abzusehen: "On me défend de sortir pendant quelques jours et je me vois forcée de renoncer à la vente [...]". Mit dem Ausdruck ihres Bedauerns und mit Grüßen an die Adressatin und an Mme Laurent beschließt sie den Brief. - Anna Judic trat nach ihrem Debüt 1867 im Café-Concert Eldorado und später in Belgien auf; nach Paris zurückgekehrt, war sie zuerst an den Folies Bergère und wurde dann von Jacques Offenbach an das Théâtre de la Gaîté engagiert. Dieses wurde ebenso wie das Theatre des Bouffes-Parisiens zu "Stätte ihres Ruhms. Später trug sie viel zur Blüte des Théâtre des Variétés bei; die schöne Helena, Perichole, Niniche, Roussotte und ähnliche Partien zählen zu ihren Glanzleistungen" (Wikipedia). - Auf Briefpapier mit gedr. She also asks Celeste for additional information about a maid she recommended to her: ""Tell me again about the cleaning woman. Is she . a good cook how much does she ask for Is it only for the season"" A lover of animals she then gives some advice on how to pamper them: ""For the blackbirds you must crush the hemp seed very fine and crush in the same manner bread crust. This is the foundation of their diet but they eat almost everything bread in milk minced meat cooked or raw cherries strawberries grapes a little bit of young snail cut in pieces flies and especially mealworms and ant eggs fresh they adore them plenty of water always something to bathe in."" This letter mentions the visit of Francis a carpenter by profession and Céleste Chrétien's husband to Paris: ""Does Francis still want to come and spend a few days in Paris Can he do so without harming his work They are going to perform Tristane with marionettes. I would like to have him to help me and I think it would amuse him. I would send him a first-class railway pass he would sleep and eat at my place so as not to incur any expenses. The performance takes place Saturday the 23rd at 4 o'clock; and there will be a dress rehearsal the day before or two days before."" It was in 1910 that Judith Gautier published in La Revue de Paris a triptych in verse entitled Tristane which she had performed in her Little marionette theatre inaugurated in May 1897 at 4 rue Charras in Paris. This theatre which contained about a hundred seats was quickly allocated a subsidy by the Ministry of Fine Arts. unknown

1 S. Qu.-8vo. An einen namentlich nicht genannten Adressaten: "Ich erlaube mir beyliegend 3 noch nicht ausgearbeitete Stoffe zu Ausstellungsstücken zu senden. Sollte Ihnen einer derselben gefallen, so bitte ich mich davon in Kenntniß zu setzen, ich werde dann an die Ausarbeitung gehen und mich mit Herrn Saouir besprechen. Wenn ich binnen 3 Tagen mit keiner Antwort beehrt werde, betrachte ich die Pläne als verworfen […]". - Der Sohn eines Kaminkehrers übernahm 1839 das väterliche Geschäft. Angeregt durch den Umgang mit Johann Nepomuk Nestroy und Wenzel Scholz betätigte er sich seit 1848 als volkstümlicher Bühnenschriftsteller. Guigno schrieb etwa dreihundert Theaterstücke, vor allem Possen wie "Servus, Herr Stutzerl" (1853), "Die Bürgermeisterwahl in Krähwinkel" (1862) und "Der dämonische Stifel" (1867). Er war auch als Komponist tätig.

Jules Barbey d'Aurevilly shows great tact towards his friend also expressing all his affection: ""Je veux vous épargner en allant sous peu de jours vous voir chez vous une course longue et peut-être inutile. On ne me voit que le matin et encore les trois premiers jours de la semaine. J'irai donc vous voir."" ""I want to spare you by going to see you at your home in a few days a long and perhaps unnecessary journey. I can only be seen in the morning and only on the first three days of the week. Petit in-12, 165 x 103 mm, (x) 127 pp. Reliure demi-maroquin lie-de-vin, dos à 4 nerfs pointillés dorés, nom d'auteur et titre frappés en caractères d'imprimerie dorés séparés d'un trait doré, doubles caissons à fleurons et motifs de coin symétriques dorés, filets dorés en coiffe et queue. Plats marbrés, pages de gardes vivement marbrées multicolores, couvertures conservées. Tranche supérieure dorée. Envoi autographe à l'encre rouge sur l'une des gardes blanches : "à madame la comtesse de Molènes * un rien de la plume qui, pour elle, voudrait pouvoir tout. Jules Barbey d'Aurevilly". Portrait de l'auteur à 20 ans en frontispice sous papier de soie, dédicace à César Daly, préface de la seconde édition, portrait de Brumel en frontispice du texte. Bandeaux, lettrines et culs-de-lampes. Quelques feuillets et catalogue de la Petite bibliothèque littéraire de l'éditeur, non paginés, en fin d'ouvrage. "À la fois biographie et un essai philosophique, l'ouvrage mêle références historiques et détails anecdotiques et se propose de dresser le portrait d'un homme qui soumit à son goût, pendant vingt ans, la high class londonienne. Brummell (1778-1840), "arbitre suprême de l'élégance", fut admiré tant par le futur roi Georges IV que par le poète Lord Byron. Jusqu'au jour où, criblé de dettes, il dut s'exiler en France. Loin de sa cour, Brummell connut vite la déchéance. Ruiné, malade, il séjourna en prison, puis à l'hospice où il mourut dément. Brummell fut la plus haute et la plus tragique incarnation du dandysme.
