On the back is typed: "Ellsworth A - 12". There is a date stamp 2 APR 1934 and a few handwritten numbers and letters. This is a photo from an Australian newspaper photo archive. It was taken during Ellsworth trip to Antarctic. Here he made history in 1935 when he became the first man to fly across Antarctic. There is one crease but otherwise condition is very good.Photo is un-retouched. 1934 unknown
