Jurist Kulenkamp 1777-1851 bearbeitete 1821/22 den Entwurf einer neuen Untergerichtsordnung für Kurhessen im Auftrag des Jusitzministeriums und wurde zum Mitglied des Oberappellationsgerichts in Kassel ernannt. Si tratta del catalogo degli oltre 850 frammenti, per lo pi? fogli e bifogli, appartenuti a 369 manoscritti ebraici databili tra i secoli XI e XV e rinvenuti recentemente nell'Archivio di Stato di Bologna e in altri archivi minori della citt? Essi furono smembrati nella seconda met? del Cinquecento e riciclati dai legatori bolognesi come copertine e legature di registri. Molti sono importanti per l'antichit? e la rarit? dei testi e per averci restituito parti di opere perdute o sconosciute. Il fondo bolognese, dopo quello di Modena, ? il pi? grande che si conosca per questo tipo di riciclaggio dei manoscritti e il pi? ricco di testi talmudici. A catalogue containing more than 850 fragments, many of which folios or bi-folios, belonging to 369 Hebrew manuscripts dated between the eleventh and fifteenth centuries discovered recently the Archivio di Stato di Bologna and in minor archives of the same city. During the second half of the sixteenth century the manuscripts were split up and used by the Bolognese binders as covers or bindings for registers. Many are important not only for the antiquity and rarity of the actual texts but for having restored, even partially, these lost or unknown works. Second only to that of Modena, this Bolognese collection is the largest known for this type of manuscript re-cycling and for the amount of Talmudic scripts. 1045 gr. 166 p.

In questo volume vengono illustrati 467 frammenti utilizzati dai legatori modenesi, tra il 1632 e il 1653, per avvolgere 220 registri. Provengono da 127 manoscritti contenenti testi biblici, testi di precettistica, commenti alla Scrittura e, in misura minore, testi talmudici, liturgici, filosofici, linguistici, midrashici, cabbalistici e scientifici. I frammenti pi? importanti contengono testi rari o del tutto sconosciuti, costituendo a volte degli unicum. Un ampio apparato di indici agevola la consultazione del volume. In this volume the 467 fragments are illustrated, reused by the modenese bookbinders, from 1632 until 1653, to bind as wrappers 220 registers. These come from 127 manuscripts containing biblical texts, books of religious precepts, commentaries on the Scripture, and in a smaller quantity Talmudic, liturgical, philosophical, linguistic, midrashic, kabbalistic and scientific works. The most important fragments contain rare or unknown works, representing sometime a unicum. A wide apparatus of indexes makes easy the consultation of the volume. 787 gr. 250 p.

The book contains the catalogue of the more than 270 fragments - mostly entire folia and bifolia - dismembered from 103 Hebrew medieval manuscripts dating back to the 11th - 15th centuries. These fragments were recently found in the Archivio Storico Comunale of Modena, where they in the 16th century were re-cycled as bindings of 126 registers. XI-XII), testi del Talmud, opere di carattere normativo, liturgico, linguistico, filosofico ed esegetico. The 386 fragments catalogued here can be recomposed in 119 Hebrew manuscripts copied between the 10th and the 16th century in the three main Western scriptural traditions: Italian, Sephardic and Ashkenazic. They survived for being re-used as bindings. Among them are the most ancient fragment of the Tosefta (10th century), the Unknown Commentary of Yosef Kara to the Psalms (11th-12th century), texts of the Talmud, normative, liturgical, linguistic, philosophical and exegetical works. 602 gr. 184 p.

The 274 Hebrew fragments catalogued here have been recomposed in 124 original medieval manuscripts, copied during the 11th-16th centuries in the three Western scriptural traditions (Sephardic, Ashkenazic and Italian). They survived for having been re-used as bindings of records and books kept in the Modena State Archives. Also included are ancient 11th-century Bibles copied in Southern Italy, precious texts of the Mishnah and the Babylonian Talmud, normative, philosophical, kabbalistic works and some rare scientific texts. 542 gr. 164 p.
