Front blank loose. Mild occasional soiling to pages worming for a number of signatures in the middle N-Y but not through all the signatures in the gutter and lower margin not touching any text. Undated ca. 1608-12 virtually identical to Plan 122 and 123 but without the date to part 5 present on 122.
