This is another paragraph Product Description: In the late 1980s when she began keeping a diary Edwina Currie was the second most prominent woman in British politics - after Margaret Thatcher. Indeed she was often spoken of as a potential prime minister. Her outspokenness and her lively media-friendly personality won her a much higher profile than her status as a junior minister would otherwise have commanded. When she was forced to resign from the Government after warning of the danger signs of salmonella infection in eggs she was already a national figure. The appearance of these diaries is a significant publishing event. Like Alan Clark's diaries they provide an insight into politics at the top by a writer with an observant eye and a sharp sense of humour.</p> Little, Brown hardcover

Armstrong, George W[ashington]; Moseley, George Van Horn (Introduction)
Memoirs of George W. Armstrong
U.S.A.: Mary C. Armstrong. Fine. 1958. First Edition. Hardcover. "The story of the life of Judge George W. Armstrong 1866-1954 is a picture of America at her best. During the last half of the nineteenth century and for about thirty years of the present century our Republic was generally governed by individuals of the character and blood of those stalwart leaders who conceived and organized it. Judge Armstrong belonged to that courageous lineage. He studied thoroughly the plans of those who would destroy our Nation took an active part in exposing their treason and assisted patriots who battled to save us. He wrote extensively to expose administrations infiltrated by governmental appointees planning our destruction. So powerful were these individuals that they exercised great control over the national press and by skillful propaganda had poisoned the minds of our citizenry. To attack them took character and courage all of which Judge Armstrong possessed in abundance." - George Van Horn Moseley Major General U.S. Army Ret'd. Armstrong's books include: High Treason The March of Bolshevism The Rothschild Money Trust The Corruption of America and many more. xviii 414 pp. Index. Tissue-protected black and white frontis portrait of George Armstrong. Black and white reproductions of archival photos and illustrations. Nercessian, Baruir
I Walked Through The Valley of Death Armenian Genocide Personal Narrative
New York: Self-Published. Very Good. 2003. First Edition. Paperback. "Baruir Nercessian has created this book as a living witness and a precious link to our people's Armenian genocide. He emerges from the 'valley of death' walking always barefoot toward his personal undeniable history into the maelstrom of a merciless world. In some rare but painful descriptions as in the case of the village priest being burned alive in his home or the horrendous act of a gendarme 'lightening the load' of a young mother by throwing her new-born into the river the author once again sounds the alarm of reality and truth: the reality that man's inhumanity to man demonstrates how mankind has distanced itself from his own true essence." - Foreword. 45 4 pages. Clean tight and unmarked with light wear. A quality example. ; 12mo . Self-Published paperback

Mullins, Eustace (Signed)
This Difficult Individual Ezra Pound
Hollywood California: Angriff Press. Good in Good dust jacket. 1979. Reprint. Hardcover. 0913022284 . Signed and inscribed by Eustace Mullins upon title page. "Ezra Pound is the most controversial literary figure of our time. The man who edited the work of Yeats and T.S. Eliot was also tried for treason and sent to an insane asylum. Here for the first time Mullins presents the case for Ezra Pound documenting the tremendous contribution he made to contemporary American culture in a witty and biting criticism of our society which gives lip service to poetry while imprisoning its major poet. Contains excerpts from the controversial broadcasts Pound made from Italy during WWII. The chief complaint against him seems to have been that he refused to take part in the slaughter of the war. While so many millions were dipping their hands in blood he asked only for peace." - dust jacket. Pound also educated Mullins about the Federal Reserve which ultimately led to Mullins becoming perhaps America's pre-eminent conspiracy author in later decades. Reprint of the 1961 first edition. Undated but appears to be circa 1979. Book tight clean and unmarked with light wear. Moderate wear to complete dust jacket which is sunned at spine and now in glossy new archival-grade protection. Epp, Irmgard (Signed)
Constantinoplers - Escape from Bolshevism
Canada: Trafford Publishing. Good. 2006. Reprint. Paperback. 1412053250 . Signed and inscribed by author upon dedication page. "Her parents were both born in Tsarist Russia. After the Bolschevik takeover her mother's parents experienced horrendous times including the famine of the 1920s; only the MCC care packages saved them from starvation. Her paternal grandparents were driven from their estate and Grandfather was put into prison where he died. Life was hard for Grandma Epp and her children. Their son Cornelius the author's father joined the White Army and fled Russia for Canada after the White Army was defeated. Several other Mennonite families from Russia also lived near her home in Canada; they had had the same experiences as her parents did so there was always talk about the cruelties and murders in Russia. Few explanations were made to the children. This left the children very curious about their parents' past. Now at last these stories tell of the happenings in the 'old country.'" - back cover. 370 p.
