<p>London Bombay Sidney : George G Harrap & Co Ltd 1931 A good copy of the 1931 reprinted edition in the original decorative cloth binding with 15 colour and 25 full page black and white illustrations by Harry Clarke. The binding is sound with fading to the spine and board edges and wear to corners. There is some light marking on both boards and some pulling to the top and bottom of the spine. Internally there is a decorative bookplate to the front pastedown endpaper. Contents are complete and generally clean. There is occasional spotting particularly at pp 227-9 and from 318-320 and to the foredge. There is a crease to the fep. 3 of the plates have some browning/rippling/nibbling at edges - presumably where they were detached at some point.
