Poiret propose 107 recettes “fameuses” que l’on pouvait trouver sur la carte des meilleurs restaurants parisiens dans les années 20. Très belles illustrations de Marie Alix. Le “carnet de publicité honorifique” présente sous forme de dialogue, les restaurants et fournisseurs les plus côtés de cette époque. Exemplaire bien conservé avec très bon état du papier couché, légère insolation de la bordure de la couverture.
