Una tavola calcografica a p. pag. in fine con raffigurazione della pianta da cui si ottiene la china peruviana. Qualche goretta alla cartonatura; un restauro alla porzione superiore sinistra del piatto anteriore. Aloni ad alcune cc., qualche fioritura lieve. Buon esemplare. Prima e unica edizione, rara, di questo carme didascalico latino dedicato alla corteccia di china peruviana e alle sue proprietà medicamentose. Giovanni Bernardo Vigo (Corio, 1719-Torino, 1805) è oggi noto soprattutto come autore di un poemetto latino ispirato ai tartufi.
