Gray cloth lettered in black newly rebacked in complementary gray cloth also lettered in black new endpapers new head- and tail-bands retaining original red-dyed text block edges. Original cloth is moderately soiled with bumped corners showing mild exposure. 1170 pp. illus. w/ maps color lithographed as well as b&w advertisements.
