<p>Fair. The ISBN listed is for a newer edition. But this old worn hardback library book deserves one more reading. It was published in 1872. The spine has been repaired with tape the binding is split between some of the signatures several pages are dog-eared a couple of pages are loose or torn and there are notes along with the markings of the library inside. The library markings include a sticker on the spine stamps on the page ends stamps a sticker and a card holder inside the front cover stamps and embossed seal and a note on the title page a stamp on page 51 and stamps inside the back cover.</p> Hurd & Houghton hardcover
