Falls Sie gelegentlich nach Berlin kommen stehe ich gern praktisch zu Ihrer Verfügung […]". - 1895 bis 1900 war Bruns-Molar Mitherausgeber und Redakteur der ersten deutschen Fachzeitschrift für Sänger und Gesanglehrer "Der Kunstgesang" in Leipzig, 1900 bis 1902 gab er in Berlin "Die Gesangskunst" heraus. Danach wirkte er dort als Gesangsmeister am Eichelberg'schen Konservatorium und später am Stern'schen Konservatorium (vgl. DBE).

Partendo dalle parole che Francesco Guccini ci regala nell'intervista iniziale, questo volume intende quindi contribuire alla bibliografia a lui dedicata analizzando la sua poetica musicale, tracciandone origini, influenze, contesto, linguaggio.
