He was born on 15 April 1949 in Fatsa, a town in Ordu province of Turkey. He acted in 43 films since 1967 and appeared on television in Bütün Çocuklarim as Ali Yahya Kiroglu in 2004. In the Turkish movie industry (Yesilçam) he has often portrayed the tough, macho guy, fighting against injustice. Kadir Inanir and Türkan Soray are one of the most famous partners of Yesilçam Turkish cinema.

È il 10 dicembre 1964, e lo studio del tecnico del suono Rudy Van Gelder, a Englewood Cliffs, nel New Jersey, è immerso in un'atmosfera religiosamente soffusa, silenziosa, anestetica. Le volute prodotte da Coltrane si addensano in un'aria adamantina: quella stanza è il tempio in cui è appena accaduto qualcosa di prodigioso, e il sacerdote giace esausto nell'angolo, prende fiato e medita. Nei timpani risuonano ancora gli accordi di McCoy Tyner, i colpi sulla cassa di Elvin Jones, le linee di basso di Jimmy Garrison. Gli assoli di Trane che fino a poche ore prima avvolgevano gli altri in un gorgo vorticoso e sfrenato. Fu quella, la notte: l'America nera esplodeva nell'America bianca. John Coltrane esplodeva nell'America e dava vita e fiato all'album che cambiò per sempre il modo di fare jazz: 'A Love Supreme'. Etereo e sovversivo, realizzato nell'arco di una sola, trascinante session, 'A Love Supreme' è il testamento di un'intera epoca, della quale Coltrane ha saputo interpretare tutte le tonalità emotive e sonore: la poliritmia africana propulsiva e catartica, i tempi dilatati del jazz modale, la litania meditabonda del folk orientale, le vampe del free jazz, il calore intimo del blues e la redenzione orgasmica del gospel. Il risultato è un magma incandescente e liturgico, in chiave minore, vertiginosamente preciso, sincronizzato, ma sempre sull'orlo dell'improvvisazione, dell'ignoto. È il jazz spirituale di Coltrane, il suo grido assoluto, una preghiera purissima di amore supremo verso Dio che ha stravolto con la musica le regole e i sentimenti delle generazioni successive, caricandoli di un'inaudita religiosità. From the age of 10 he sang in the choir of Salomon Sulzer, and in 1859 became an assistant cantor in Fünfhaus, one of the suburbs of Vienna (now a part of Rudolfsheim-Fünfhaus, the 15th Viennese district) ; from 1863 to 1866 he was cantor at the Maisel Synagogue at Prague. Kaiser arrived in New York City in June, 1866, and in the following month was appointed cantor of the Oheb Shalom congregation in Baltimore, Maryland. He was for several years president of the Society of American Cantors. From 1895, he was honorary member of the Central Conference of American Rabbis, which in 1892 entrusted him and William Sparger with the compilation of the musical portion of an Union Hymnal, published in 1897 (wikipedia, 2016) . Kaiser arrived in New York City in June, 1866, and in the following month was appointed cantor of the Oheb Shalom congregation in Baltimore, Maryland. He was for several years president of the Society of American Cantors. From 1895, he was honorary member of the Central Conference of American Rabbis, which in 1892 entrusted him and William Sparger with the compilation of the musical portion of an Union Hymnal, published in 1897 (wikipedia, 2016) .
