Un cambiamento che richiede la transizione da un modello trattamentale lineare e concentrato nella comunità terapeutica ad un paradigma reticolare, diffuso, multicentrico in una prospettiva di stepped care e con un orientamento al recovery. Per la gestione di un tale sistema complesso di trattamento abbiamo preso a riferimento approcci validati come la DBT (terapia dialettico-comportamentale), l'MBT (terapia basata sulla mentalizzazione) e la TFC (terapia focalizzata sulla compassione), ma non solo, elaborandoli ed adattandoli nella prospettiva di un nuovo modello integrato per l'intervento psicoeducativo in grado di rispondere alle odierne configurazioni delle dipendenze patologiche anche quando queste si trovano associate a disturbi gravi della personalità.

Prima rarissima edizione di questo importantissimo studio sul Pancreas ed il suo funzionamento. Georg Heinrich Behr, nato il 16 Ottobre 1708 a Strasburgo studiò medicina a Leida per stabilirsi poi nella sua città natale per praticare l’arte medica. Molto apprezzato per le sue doti e conoscenze divenne presto celebre e molto richiesto. Tra i suoi numerosi scritti, che in parte è apparvero come opuscoli, in parte come su gazzette ufficiali e solo in piccola parte come volumi singoli. Studiò in particolare casi rari e curiosi individuando in questi ottime possibilità di trovare cure per malattie più comuni. Studioso attento manifestò un'acutezza non comune e doti di osservazione che unita alla sua enorme conoscenza letteraria gli permisero di dare un importante contributo alla scienza medica. Questo rarissimo opuscolo (che ha visto una recente ristampa anastatica) è considerato uno dei primi studi coerenti dedicati al pancreas ed al suo funzionamento.
