His fellow botanist August Emanuel Fürnrohr 1804-1861 was one of his pupils. The first two volumes were published in two parts hence there are six instead of four title pages. Uncut. tear in one leaf in the third volume; some scattered foxing; otherwise very good set. Not in Cat. BMNH Serial Titles 4th Ed. hardcover
