Perkin for Berry's "Moontrap" laid in. Robert L. Perkin was the editor for the "Rocky Mountain News." Several other pieces of ephemera related to the author also tucked in. 1908In 8 (cm 16,5 x 24), pp. 27 con illustrazioni nel testo. Brossura editoriale. Lievi aloni al margine inferiore del frontespizio. Lettera di Bertarelli indirizzata all'editore Hoepli che aveva pubblicato l'opera di J. Gelli, Ex libris italiani. Bertarelli scrive che Gelli ha copiato il testo da lui scritto insieme a Prior e sempre pubblicato presso Hoepli. Bertarelli chiede quindi a Hoepli se "possa un Editore autorizzare altri ad usare in questo modo delle opere da lui precedentemente pubblicate e quale protezione Ella intende dare agli autori nel caso che l'usurpazione sia avvenuta a sua insaputa". Bertarelli procede poi ad un confronto puntuale fra le due opere mettendo in evidenza tutte le parti copiate.
