Poet maudit of considerable talent died untimely age 35 in Deya Majorca in 1965. Loosely inserted short handwritten post card from Majorca with note from Perret to an old friend in England one Andrew Wellard -'.yes remember that one time we met on train to Chatham very brief and not best time for me. Thanks for buying the book which you will be getting in March and I hope you enjoy it lots of other things in the works best Chris.' The card also has a note from Anne Hedley a friend on Deya involved in the book's publication 'thanks for buying MOAP'.
