From French poet and leading voice of France's surrealist movement Louis Aragon. He was a co-founder of the surrealist review Litterature and from 1959 he was a frequent nominee for the Nobel Prize in Literature. In the original cloth binding. With the original unclipped dust wrapper. Externally excellent with mild shelf wear and slight fading to the spine gilt. Dust wrapper is very smart with handling marks and mild edge wear.
