The Living Daylights was first published in book format a year later in Octopussy and the Living Daylights but it first saw the light of day in The Sunday Times magazine in 1962; the US version Berlin Escape was published as a single story in Argosy magazine a little later so this is by no means the first appearance of the Bond short story. Softcover pictorial paper wrappers. Occasional b/w illustrations. Uniform tanning to the pages this is a much better copy than normally seen with clean and tight contents. Overall a decent copy of this highly uncommon Fleming-related item of particular interest to the Bond completist. Photographs/scans available upon request. paperback
