1659in-folio, ritratto di Plemp inciso a piena pagina in antiporta, ff. (2), pp. 209, (8, Index), iniziali istoriate, fregi tipografici. Albert-Norton-Hurtes, Source book of Ophthalmology, p.265. Krivatsy 9101..

''Important and probably the earliest practical account of the contemporary methods grinding and polishing glasses for spectacles and telescopes. One of the most interesting early works on the manufacture of optical instruments...'' (cfr. Source book of Ophthalmology).
