ABOUT THE AUTHOR Prof Farooq Jan graduated from Govt Medical College Srinagar in 1995 and did his M.D in Hospital Administration in year 2002 from SKIMS Deemed University. After completing senior residency at SKIMS he joined as faculty in 2005. Prof Jan has more than 60 Publications in leading National and International Journals Book and four Book Chapters to his credit. He is member of �Hemovigilance Programme of India�. He is on the advisory council of Diplomat of National Board for Hospital Administration. He is member of J&K Nursing Council.
